Extreme Meetings Inc respects your privacy. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily provide it, such as when you provide name and email contact information to access the Extreme® Trainings OnDemand™ materials, subscribe to the Extreme Meetings® e-newsletter, respond to a survey or send feedback to Extreme Meetings®, or register for an online or video program. If you voluntarily provide your name and email address, or other contact information, we may also use it to share with you updates to Extreme Meetings®’ products or services. At your request, we will remove your contact information from our files.

We do not make your contact information or any other personally identifiable information available to anyone outside Extreme Meetings® or its service providers (who use the information only for authorized purposes) unless we are legally required to do so.

In addition to the above, we may use web analysis tools to measure and collect anonymous session and use information (non-personally identifiable) to help us improve the Extreme Meetings website, Extreme® Trainings OnDemand™, and to evaluate the access and use of program materials.
